Lampa Legal
Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 11, 2026
These Terms of Service set out the conditions that apply to Lampa and its related application services available through arcadian.lampa.fit.
Acceptance of Terms
Accessing, installing, or otherwise utilizing Lampa confirms that you accept these Terms of Service as a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Lampa.
If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, your permission to access the application does not apply and you must discontinue use of the Service.
Service Description
Lampa is a local puzzle game designed for entertainment. The application provides interactive gameplay involving the arrangement of visual letter elements into words through device movement or touch-based interaction.
We may refine, add, remove, pause, or otherwise alter parts of the Service as the application evolves. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical conditions, platform requirements, or circumstances outside our control. Permanent and uninterrupted access is not promised.
User Responsibilities & Conduct
Lampa is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the application, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All interactions with the Service must remain lawful and respectful. You must not:
- use the application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform;
- introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized automated tools;
- harass, threaten, or abuse others in connection with the Service; or
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems, data, or features.
Where account features are made available, you are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for protecting any associated credentials. A breach of these rules may result in restricted, suspended, or terminated access.
Intellectual Property
Lampa, including its software, design, gameplay materials, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the application for private, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership to you.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, lease, alter, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works based on any part of Lampa except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Your decision to use Lampa is made at your own risk. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from interruptions or harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Lampa will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, business interruption, device damage, or other commercial or personal losses, even if we were advised that such losses might occur.
Account Termination
Access to Lampa may be suspended, limited, or ended without prior notice when we reasonably believe that these terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Service have been compromised.
You may stop using the application at any time. Removing the application from your device is one way to end your use of the Service. Provisions that should reasonably continue after access ends, including intellectual property, disclaimer, liability, and governing law provisions, will remain effective.
Terms Modification
These terms may be revised when needed to reflect changes to the application, legal obligations, or operational practices. The current version will be posted through the Service or at arcadian.lampa.fit with an updated effective date.
Please review this page periodically. Using Lampa after a revised version becomes effective indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a revision, you should cease using the application.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer of Lampa is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us with a written description of the concern and allow a reasonable opportunity for an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts with proper jurisdiction over the matter, unless applicable law requires another dispute-resolution process.
